Emmanuel Caron has extensive experience in recruiting senior executives and high-level experts in the Consumer Goods, Industry, Retail and Luxury Goods sectors.
His good knowledge of the digital world also allows him to accompany companies in their digital transformation.
Before founding ECxecutive, he was Managing Partner of NGS Global France, after having spent ten years in Executive Search in several international firms.
Prior to his activity as a Recruitment Consultant, Emmanuel spent nearly 20 years as a Human Resources VP in international groups in the Food, Cosmetics and Retail sectors.
He holds a Master’s Degree in Law and a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Paris-Dauphine. He is also a Leadership Development Consultant and Coach. He is a certified “Coach&Team” of Transformance, MBTI and Sosie.
Emmanuel has also completed the General Management Program of Insead (Cedep).
